BullyBoost — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BullyBoost
LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines all
terms related to order processing,
carrier selection, delivery estimates,
and related matters. By placing an order
on http://www.bully-boost.com, you agree
to the terms of this policy. If you have

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within two (2)
to four (4) business days following
payment confirmation. Business days are
defined as Monday through Friday,
excluding federal holidays. Orders placed
on weekends or federal holidays will
begin processing on the next business
day.
You will receive an order confirmation
email immediately upon purchase, followed
by a separate shipping confirmation
email containing your tracking
information once your order has been
dispatched.
During high-volume periods — including
but not limited to product launches,
promotional sales events, and major
holidays — processing times may be
extended by one (1) to two (2) additional
business days. BullyBoost will
communicate any material delays by email.
2. Shipping Carriers
BullyBoost ships via the following
carriers, depending on your location,
package dimensions, and service
availability:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- FedEx
Carrier selection is at the sole
discretion of BullyBoost based on
delivery zone, package size, weight, and
service availability at the time of
shipment. BullyBoost does not guarantee
the use of any specific carrier for any
given order.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
BullyBoost currently ships to all fifty
(50) United States, including Alaska and
Hawaii. Available shipping options and
estimated delivery timeframes are
displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days
after processing
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on
order weight and destination
- Free standard shipping is available on
qualifying orders over $50.00 (contiguous
US only)
Express / Overnight Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
after processing
- Cost: $21.99, calculated at checkout
- Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM
(Mountain Time) on a business day to be
eligible for same-day dispatch
IMPORTANT: All delivery time estimates
begin after your order has completed
processing. Estimated delivery timeframes
are provided by the carrier and are not
guaranteed. BullyBoost LLC is not
responsible for carrier delays, missed
delivery windows, or any losses caused by
late delivery once the package has been
tendered to the carrier.
4. PO Boxes and Military Addresses
BullyBoost ships to PO Boxes and
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.
Delivery to these addresses may take
longer than standard estimates. Express
shipping options are not available for PO
Boxes or military addresses.
5. International Shipping
BullyBoost does not currently offer
international shipping. All orders must
be shipped to a valid United States
address.
6. Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will
receive a shipping confirmation email
containing your tracking number and a
direct link to the carrier's tracking
portal. Please allow up to twenty-four
(24) hours after receiving your shipping
confirmation for tracking information to
become active in the carrier's system.
If you do not receive a shipping
confirmation within five (5) business
days of your order confirmation, please
contact us at
bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com with your
order number.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the sole responsibility of the
customer to provide a complete, accurate,
and deliverable shipping address at
checkout. BullyBoost LLC assumes no
liability for orders shipped to an
incorrect or undeliverable address
provided by the customer.
If you identify an error in your shipping
address after placing your order, you
must contact us immediately at
bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com with your
order number. While we will make every
reasonable effort to correct the address
prior to dispatch, BullyBoost cannot
guarantee that address changes can be
made once an order has entered processing
or been tendered to a carrier.
If a package is returned to BullyBoost
due to an incorrect, incomplete, or
undeliverable address provided by the
customer, we will contact you to arrange
reshipment. Additional shipping charges
will apply and are the responsibility of
the customer.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates
"Delivered" but you have not received
your package, please take the following
steps:
1. Check all access points to your
property, including with neighbors and
your building's mailroom or front desk.
2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers
occasionally mark packages as delivered
prior to actual delivery.
3. If your package remains missing after
48 hours, contact us at
bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com with your
order number. BullyBoost will open a
carrier investigation on your behalf.
BullyBoost LLC assumes no liability for
packages confirmed as delivered by the
carrier to the address provided at
checkout.
Stolen Packages
BullyBoost LLC is not liable for packages
that have been confirmed as delivered by
the carrier and subsequently reported
stolen. We recommend filing a police
report and contacting your credit card
provider or applicable insurance carrier.

will provide reasonable assistance where
possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged,
you must contact us within seven (7)
calendar days of the confirmed delivery
date at bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com,
with your order number and photographs of
both the damaged product and the outer
packaging. BullyBoost will, at its sole
discretion, replace the item or issue a
full refund at no cost to you. Claims
submitted after the seven (7) day window
will not be accepted.
9. Undeliverable and Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to BullyBoost as
undeliverable — due to an incorrect
address, failed delivery attempts, or an
unclaimed package at a carrier facility —
we will contact you by email. You may
elect to:
- Have the package reshipped at your
expense (additional shipping charges
apply), or
- Receive a refund for the product cost
only (original shipping fees are
non-refundable)
BullyBoost LLC is not responsible for
packages that are refused at delivery or
abandoned at a carrier facility.
10. Free Shipping Promotions
BullyBoost may offer free shipping
promotions from time to time. The
applicable threshold, eligible products,
and qualifying shipping methods will be
clearly disclosed at the time of each
promotion. Free shipping promotions apply
to standard shipping within the
contiguous United States only, unless
otherwise expressly stated.
