BullyBoost Refund Policy

We make JointFlex for our own dogs, and we want every customer to be happy with their order. If something is not right, reach out and our team will work with you.

1. 30 Day Return Window

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Every request is reviewed by the BullyBoost team. Approval, and whether a refund, partial refund, or replacement is issued, is at BullyBoost's discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

Email bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email used on the order
  • The reason for your request

We reply within 2 to 3 business days. Please do not mail anything back until we reply. If we need the product returned, we will send you instructions. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

3. Refund Timing

If your request is approved, we send the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 3 to 5 business days to show it on your statement. We email you when the refund is sent.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and the box. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or a refund. If we need the item returned, we provide the return label at no cost to you.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

6. Subscriptions

You can cancel your Subscribe and Save plan at any time before your next renewal date by emailing us. Each subscription order is covered by this same policy, with the 30 day window starting on the date that order is delivered.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like something different, request a return under this policy and place a new order.

8. Not Eligible

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Paid express shipping charges, unless the problem was our mistake
