Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BullyBoost website located at www.bully-boost.com ("Site") or purchasing any product from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Site.
1. About BullyBoost
BullyBoost LLC ("BullyBoost," "we," "us," or "our") is an Idaho limited liability company specializing in dietary support formulated for dogs, including our flagship product, the BullyBoost Hip and Joint Booster. Our products are sold directly to consumers through our Shopify-powered online store at www.bully-boost.com.

2. Eligibility
By using this Site and purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing with BullyBoost.
- All information you provide during the purchase process is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Products and Product Disclaimer
All products sold on this Site, including the BullyBoost Hip and Joint Booster, are formulated for animal use only. BullyBoost makes no representation or warranty that any product is suitable for any specific animal, breed, or health condition.
IMPORTANT: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). BullyBoost products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in animals.
BullyBoost reserves the right to:
- Limit quantities purchased per customer or household.
- Discontinue, modify, or reformulate products at any time without prior notice.
- Refuse sale to any individual at our sole discretion.
Results may vary. Individual animal responses to dietary support depend on breed, age, size, diet, health status, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). BullyBoost reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you prior to processing your order and provide the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. BullyBoost does not collect, store, or retain full payment card information.
5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Adding items to your cart does not constitute a confirmed order or guarantee product availability. Your order is not accepted or confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from BullyBoost.
BullyBoost reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In the event of cancellation by BullyBoost, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Title to and risk of loss for all products transfer to the buyer upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.
6. Shipping
BullyBoost ships within the contiguous United States. We utilize multiple carriers including but not limited to the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment will be selected at our discretion based on your location and order details.
Estimated shipping timeframes are provided at checkout and are estimates only. BullyBoost is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
BullyBoost assumes no liability for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to and acceptance by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Return and Refund Policy
BullyBoost stands behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within seven (7) calendar days of the date of confirmed delivery, as evidenced by the carrier's confirmed delivery date. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after this seven (7) day window, under any circumstances, without exception.
Eligible Returns
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging and seals intact.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used support products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com within the 7-day return window with your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable. We will respond with return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, BullyBoost will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a confirmed product defect.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us at bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com within the 7-day return window with your order number and supporting photographs. BullyBoost will, at its sole discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
8. Subscription and Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program offered by BullyBoost, you expressly authorize BullyBoost to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at enrollment. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com before your next scheduled renewal date. Charges already processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, trademarks, product images, photographs, text, graphics, page headers, button icons, and overall design — is the exclusive property of BullyBoost LLC and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content without the express prior written consent of BullyBoost LLC is strictly prohibited.
10. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, photographs, testimonials, or any other content to our Site or BullyBoost-affiliated social media channels, you grant BullyBoost LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for any marketing, promotional, or commercial purpose, without compensation to you. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the above license and that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BULLYBOOST MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED. YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLYBOOST LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY TO ANY ANIMAL, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF BULLYBOOST HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BULLYBOOST'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BULLYBOOST IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BullyBoost LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site or our products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit to our Site or social channels.
14. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact BullyBoost at bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. BullyBoost will attempt to resolve any complaint within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
Binding Arbitration
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days, any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any BullyBoost product shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ada County, Idaho. The arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO FILE OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST BULLYBOOST.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Privacy Policy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Please review it at www.bully-boost.com/privacy-policy.
16. Modifications to These Terms
BullyBoost reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of our products following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BullyBoost LLC with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
