BullyBoost uses the information we

(Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google
may receive hashed, anonymized, or
aggregated data to help us operate

subpoena, court order, or governmental
authority, or if we believe disclosure is

property, or safety of BullyBoost LLC,

BullyBoost LLC is acquired, merged,

typically retained for a minimum of
seven (7) years. You may request deletion

BullyBoost uses cookies, web beacons,
pixels, and similar tracking technologies

our marketing. The categories of cookies

note that you will continue to receive
transactional emails related to your
orders regardless of your marketing
preferences.
Account Information
If you have created an account on our
Site, you may update or correct your

Do Not Track
Our Site does not currently respond to
"Do Not Track" browser signals. You may

BullyBoost does not sell personal
information in the traditional sense;
however, our use of advertising pixels
may constitute "sharing" under California
law. You may opt out via the choices in
Section 5.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will
not discriminate against you in any way
for exercising your CCPA or CPRA rights.

will verify your identity and respond
within forty-five (45) days as required
by law.
Nevada Residents
Nevada residents may opt out of the sale
of certain personally identifiable
information. BullyBoost does not sell
personal information as defined under
Nevada law. However, you may submit an
opt-out request to

8. Children's Privacy

under the age of 13, and we do not
