 BullyBoost — Refund & Return Policy

  BullyBoost LLC ("BullyBoost," "we," "us,"

   or "our") stands behind the quality of  

  every product we sell. Please read this  

  Refund & Return Policy carefully before  

  placing an order. By purchasing from     

  http://www.bully-boost.com, you agree to 

  the terms set forth below.               


  1. Return Window                         

   

  BullyBoost accepts returns within seven  

  (7) calendar days of the confirmed     

  delivery date, as evidenced by the

  carrier's delivery confirmation. The

  delivery date is defined as the date on

  which the carrier records the package as

  delivered to the address provided at

  checkout.


  NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS WILL BE

   ACCEPTED AFTER THE SEVEN (7) CALENDAR

  DAY RETURN WINDOW HAS EXPIRED, UNDER ANY 

  CIRCUMSTANCES, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By   

  placing an order with BullyBoost, you

  expressly acknowledge and agree to this

  policy.


  2. Return Eligibility


  To be eligible for a return, all of the

  following conditions must be met:


  - The return request must be submitted

  within seven (7) calendar days of the

  confirmed delivery date.

  - The product must be unopened, unused,

  and in its original, unaltered packaging 

  with all seals intact.

  - Proof of purchase (order number or     

  order confirmation email) must be      

  provided.


  For health, safety, and regulatory       

  reasons, opened or partially used

  support products — including the      

  BullyBoost Hip and Joint Booster — are 

  not eligible for return under any

  circumstances, unless the product is

  confirmed defective or an error was made

  on our part.


  3. Non-Returnable Items


  The following items are not eligible for

  return or refund under any circumstances:


  - Opened, used, or unsealed support

  products

  - Products purchased during a final sale

  or explicitly marked as non-returnable at

   checkout

  - Gift cards or promotional credits      

  - Any item for which a return request is

  submitted more than seven (7) calendar

  days after the confirmed delivery date


  4. How to Initiate a Return


  To initiate a return, you must follow    

  these steps within the seven (7) day

  return window:                           

                                         

  1. Email bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com

  with the subject line: "Return Request —

  Order #[Your Order Number]"

  2. Include your order number, the item(s)

   you are returning, and your reason for  

  the return.

  3. BullyBoost will respond within two (2)

   to three (3) business days with return

  authorization and shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the item back in its original or

  secure packaging using a trackable       

  shipping method. BullyBoost is not

  responsible for return shipments that are

   lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. 


  Do not return any item without first

  receiving written return authorization

  from BullyBoost. Unauthorized returns

  will not be accepted and will not be

  refunded.


  5. Return Shipping Costs


  Customer-Initiated Returns


  If you are returning an item due to a    

  change of mind or personal preference,

  return shipping costs are the sole       

  responsibility of the customer. Original

  outbound shipping fees are

  non-refundable.


  Returns Due to BullyBoost Error or

  Defective Product


  If you received a defective, damaged, or 

  incorrect item as a result of an error on

   our part, BullyBoost will provide a     

  prepaid return shipping label and cover

  all return shipping costs. See Section 7

  for the defective item process.


  6. Refund Processing


  Upon receipt and inspection of your      

  returned item, BullyBoost will notify you

   by email of the approval or rejection of

   your refund within two (2) business days

   of receiving the return.


  - Approved refunds will be processed to

  your original payment method within five

  (5) to ten (10) business days of

  approval.

  - You will receive an email confirmation

  once the refund has been issued.         

  - Depending on your financial institution

   or card issuer, it may take an          

  additional three (3) to five (5) business

   days for the refund to appear on your

  account statement.

  - Original outbound shipping charges are

  non-refundable unless the return is the  

  direct result of a BullyBoost error or

  confirmed product defect.                

                                         

  If you have not received your refund

  within ten (10) business days of our

  approval notice, please contact your bank

   or card issuer directly before reaching

  out to us, as processing times vary by

  institution.


  7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

   

  If your order arrives defective, damaged 

  in transit, or you received an incorrect

  product, you must:


  1. Contact us within seven (7) calendar  

  days of the confirmed delivery date at

  bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com.         

  2. Include your order number, a clear  

  description of the issue, and photographs

   of the affected item(s) and outer

  packaging.


  BullyBoost will, at its sole discretion, 

  either replace the item at no charge or

  issue a full refund — whichever          

  resolution you prefer. In most cases, we

  will not require the defective or damaged

   item to be returned; however, BullyBoost

   reserves the right to request the return

   of the item if deemed necessary.


  Claims submitted after the seven (7) day

  window will not be accepted under any

  circumstances.


  8. Exchanges                             

   

  BullyBoost does not offer direct product 

  exchanges at this time. If you wish to 

  receive a different product, you must

  return your eligible item for a refund

  pursuant to this policy and place a new

  order separately.


  9. Order Cancellations


  Orders may be cancelled within two (2)

  hours of placement, provided the order

  has not yet been fulfilled, picked,

  packed, or shipped. To request a

  cancellation, contact us immediately at

  bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com with your

   order number in the subject line.


  Once an order has entered fulfillment or

  has been tendered to a carrier, it cannot

   be cancelled. In such cases, you may

  initiate a return after delivery in

  accordance with this policy, provided the

   return window has not expired.


  10. Subscription Orders


  If you are enrolled in a BullyBoost      

  subscription or auto-ship program, you

  may cancel your subscription at any time 

  prior to your next scheduled renewal date

   by contacting us at

  bullyboostsupplements@gmail.com. Charges

  already processed for a subscription

  cycle are subject to the same return and

  refund terms set forth in this policy.


  11. Limitation of Liability              

   

  BullyBoost's maximum liability to any    

  customer in connection with any return,

  refund, or product dispute shall not

  exceed the total amount paid by the

  customer for the product giving rise to

  the claim. BullyBoost LLC shall not be

  liable for any indirect, incidental,

  consequential, or punitive damages

  arising from any product defect,

  dissatisfaction, or return-related

  dispute.
